Tracking My Order

My tracking Number is showing as Invalid. What do I do?

Tracking numbers are provided with your automated dispatch email.
It may take up to 48 hours to become active with Australia Post. If 24 hours has passed and your tracking number is invalid please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
If your order number starts with 8 or if you have ordered wall art or rugs please be advised that your order is being shipped with Toll. Please use your tracking number on the Toll website.
