My order is showing as complete, but I haven't received it. Where is it?
A 'complete' order indicates it has been dispatched from our warehouse, not that it has been received by you.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email complete with a tracking number. Standard delivery can take between 5 - 8 business days. A full description of the delivery timelines can be viewed here.
