Where do you ship to?

We ship to Australia via Australia Post. However, some of our items require special delivery and will be sent to you via Toll.

How long does it take Sheridan Outlet to dispatch my order?

It can take 3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. During peak periods this may be longer due to high demand.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email complete with a tracking number.
Standard delivery can take between 5 - 8 business days.

How much do you charge for delivery?

STOCKED ITEMS (exclusing rugs & furniture)
We offer FREE standard delivery to Sheridan Outlet Members for orders over $150 - sign up or login here. Guest orders incur a flat rate $9.95 delivery fee.
We also offer express delivery at a flat rate of $20 this applies to all member and guest customers.
Metro: 7 business days.
Regional: up to 10 business days.

RUG & FURNITURE
These pieces will incur a flat rate delivery cost of $50. Members recieve FREE delivery on rug purchases.
We offer Rug samples for $25 with FREE delivery. This can be returned (as per our return policy) for a full refund whether or not you wish to purchase the full sized rug.

MAXIMUM DELIVERY CHARGE
All delivery is automatically calculated at checkout. Maximum delivery charge for any online order is capped at $150.

Can I amend my address before shipment?

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes (e.g. styles, sizes, quantity) to your order, including delivery or payment methods, once your order has been placed.
Depending on when your order was placed you may be able to cancel some items, however new items cannot be added.
We suggest immediately calling Customer Service on 1800 806 906 (Monday - Friday, 8am-5.30pm AEDT) for further assistance.

Can my parcel be left on the doorstep outside my address?

No, signature on delivery is required for all orders. For security reasons your parcel will not be left on your doorstop.

I've made an error with my billing/delivery address. What does this mean?

STANDARD DELIVERY – FREE for signed in members on orders over $150, otherwise $9.95.
Metro: 7 business days.
Regional: up to 10 business days.

Provided your delivery address details are correct your billing address won't be affected.
If your delivery address in incorrect, you have a 30 minute window from when you've placed your order to contact Customer Service and amend the address or cancel the order. Beyond that time frame, we won't be able to make any amendments.

How will I know when my order has been safe dropped?

Your tracking number will indicate by Australia Post it has been delivered with Safe Drop.

I won't be home or at work to receive my order, what can I do?

All Sheridan Outlet orders require a signature upon delivery. If you cannot be present for the delivery of your order, we have three convenient options to choose from if delivering to your home or work isn't possible.

OPTION 1: CLICK & COLLECT
**Click & Collect is currently not available. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.** Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect from your preferred store. Simply add your items to your shopping bag, select Click & Collect from the options at checkout, choose your preferred store and complete your transaction (personalised items are excluded from this service). You will receive an email confirming your order and be notified of when your goods are ready for pick-up. There are no delivery charges for click and collect.

OPTION 2: PARCEL LOCKER
Australia Post's secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers offer an easy and convenient alternative. To select this delivery option at checkout, you must first create a free Australia Post MyPost account. Once you've created your account, you can select this option at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact Australia Post.

OPTION 3: POST OFFICE
You can have your order delivered to your local Post Office. Simply select this delivery option and your preferred Post Office by entering your postcode during the checkout process.
