My order is showing as complete, but I haven't received it. Where is it?
A 'complete' order indicates it has been dispatched from our warehouse, not that it has been received by you.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email complete with a tracking number. Standard delivery can take between 5 - 8 business days. A full description of the delivery timelines can be viewed here.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150, otherwise $9.95 to Sheridan members - sign up or login
here. Guest orders incur a flat rate $9.95 delivery fee.

It can take 3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. During peak periods this may be longer due to high demand.
