You can join Sheridan Rewards by creating an online account, or by:
Signing up in a Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet store, or
Sign up online or scan the QR code at any Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet store which leads you to our sign up page, or
Register with a Sheridan team member when in store.
Please note that if you sign up at the register in a Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet store through the Sheridan team and do not use the QR code, you will also have to register online to receive benefits across both platforms.
You'll receive an email from us with this information. Ensure you do so with the same email address to avoid creating 2 separate profiles. If you were previously a Sheridan Outlet VIP member, you will be remain a member of the refreshed Sheridan Rewards program.
Is Sheridan Rewards free?

Is there a Sheridan Rewards membership card?
Not a physical one, but there's a QR code located in your account. Your member QR code can be added to your digital wallet for in-store use, our teams will need to scan it at the register before you finalise your purchase so you can redeem vouchers.
How do I know if I’m a member of Sheridan Rewards?
If you are a member, the email address you used to sign up can be identified in store. When making a purchase on our website, you will be able to login with your email address that you used to sign up. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot my Password’.

I signed up in store but can't access my account online
One of the reasons for this could be that you currently have an in-store only Sheridan account which you signed up to in a Sheridan store.
To link your current account with an online Sheridan Rewards account, simply sign up here with the same email address.
What happened to Sheridan Outlet VIP program?
The Sheridan Outlet VIP member program has been refreshed and is now Sheridan Rewards. If you were part of the Sheridan Outlet VIP member program, you'll remain a member of the renamed Sheridan Rewards. Some of your previous Sheridan Outlet VIP member perks have ended but new rewards are waiting for you!

Not necessarily. If you are currently receiving Sheridan emails, you will need to ensure that you have registered an account online to become a member of Sheridan Rewards. Make sure you update your details — including your birthday, so we can send you a special birthday reward!

We're sorry to see you go. Head to the My Account page and click on Email Preferences in your menu. Once there, click "Unsubscribe".
You can also click "Unsubscribe" on the footer of any Sheridan email you receive.

What are Sheridan spend and save vouchers?
Spend & Save Voucher is the name of the reward voucher members receive after spending $250 on Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet product. Members will also receive a spend and save voucher as a gift for joining the program, on their program anniversary and for their birthday.
How do I earn a Spend & Save Voucher?
Spend $250 on product (not including returned items, gift cards, shipping costs and Sleepsafe donations) at a Sheridan or Sheridan Outlet website or store and you'll be rewarded with a $25 Sheridan Spend & Save voucher.
Make sure you're logged in online or you've scanned your member code in-store before finalising your purchase.
How do I redeem my Spend & Save vouchers?
They are redeemable at Sheridan and Sheridan Outlet, in-store or online. When shopping online, all available rewards will appear at checkout when you are signed in. If redeeming in store, scan your member QR code and let our in-store team know at the register which voucher/s you'd like to use.
Can I use more than one voucher in an order?
Yes - there's no limit! You can spend as many Sheridan Rewards vouchers that you have in your account within one transaction.
Do my vouchers expire?
Sheridan Spend & Save vouchers expire 6 months from the date of issue.
Can I extend the expiry date of my Birthday/Welcome rewards?
No, unfortunately these rewards come with set expiry dates, which cannot be extended.
Is there a minimum spend on birthday and welcome vouchers?
Yes, you need to spend a minimum amount in a single transaction to use your birthday and Welcome voucher. The minimum spend amount is stated in the email containing your birthday or Welcome voucher.
I don't live in Australia. Can I still earn vouchers?
Sheridan Spend & Save vouchers cannot be earned or spent outside of Australia.
What if I want Express delivery?
All Sheridan Rewards Members will receive free standard delivery on all orders over $150. If you wish to receive express delivery, you will need to select the option at checkout if available, adding a $20 delivery charge.
How does extended returns work?
As a Sheridan Rewards member you will have a 45-day return period from the date of purchase, if you were signed in when the order was placed online. For in store, you must have identified yourself as a member when transacting. This is an additional 15 days in comparison to non-members, who receive a 30-day return period.
Please note, most stocked items (excluding rugs, hygiene sensitive items) can be returned or exchanged within the 45 days from the date of purchase. Please see the full returns policy here.
