How do I change my password?

  1. Head to sheridan.com.au or sheridanoutlet.com.au
  2. Click ‘Sign In’ (top right corner)
  3. Once you’re in, go to ‘Your Account’ > ‘Account Details’
  4. Under ‘Profile’, click 'Edit' to change your password, and hit ‘Submit’

— and you're done!

I forgot to sign in when making a purchase, can I add my purchase to my account?

Unfortunately, no. Any purchases you made as a guest and whilst not logged in to your account will not be registered to your account.

Make sure you're signed into your account online and/or scan your QR code in store at the register before payment to earn rewards!

When will I receive my Birthday Voucher?

You will receive your voucher on the day of your birthday.

How do I redeem my Birthday Voucher?

These rewards may be redeemed both in store and online at the checkout. Please refer to the unique gift card number and instructions in your email,

Why didn't I get my Birthday Voucher?

Please make sure you have updated your account details with your birthday. If you have missed out on a Birthday Voucher, please contact our Customer Service with your full name and email address and we can investigate this further for you.

If it's my birthday today and I sign up today, will I get it now?

Unfortunately no, your first Birthday Voucher will be sent to you the following year.

Why is my Birthday Voucher not in my account?

If you do not receive your Birthday Voucher, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat, email or you can call us on 1800 223 376 (between 9AM - 4PM AEDT Monday - Friday).

I forgot to sign into my account before placing my order, help!

Unfortunately we cannot apply member discounts to an order once it has been placed.

What is an Anniversary gift?

Every year, we celebrate the date you joined Rest Rewards, also known as your anniversary. You'll receive 500 points — that's a $15 Rest Rewards voucher, ready to spend.

All rewards are added to your account in the 'Vouchers' and/or 'My Points' section. Your sign-up date is also displayed on the 'Account Details' page. Anytime you earn a reward, you'll get an email notification only if you're a subscriber, so be sure to stay subscribed. There is no minimum spend on vouchers, and you have 30 days (Flexi Rewards) to 120 days (Instant Rewards) to use them.

What is my member QR code and where can I find it?

Your member QR code is found in the My Account section on the Sheridan website. When shopping in store, scan your membership code before payment to earn points.
Once scanned, your membership details will come up on the register for our team, and they can see if you have any available rewards to redeem.

I don't have a member QR code. What should I do?

No stress. Sounds like you signed up in store – which means you’ll need to activate your account via our website — either sheridan.com.au or sheridanoutlet.com.au — using the same email address to avoid creating two separate member profiles.

How close am I to my next voucher?

You can log in to your account on the Sheridan website where you can see how close you are to receiving your next voucher.

Can I have a joint account with members of my family?

Sorry, Rest Rewards is only available for one account per member. Encourage your friends and family to join too — more members = more rewards for everyone!

Do I need to subscribe to emails to be a member?

You don’t have to be subscribed to be a member, but you do need a valid email address to join.

Just a heads-up: if you unsubscribe, we can't send you email alerts when your rewards (like vouchers) land. You'd need to log into your account or ask in-store to find out. Staying subscribed also means you'll find out first about rewards, member-only deals, and other lovely benefits.

How do I merge my accounts?

Yes, you can. If you’ve accidentally created more than one account, we can tidy that up for you.

Just fill out our <b>Change of Account Details Form</b>.

You need to provide the following information for each account you hold:

  1. Full name
  2. Email(s)
  3. Phone number
  4. Address/postcode
  5. Date of birth
  6. Which account you want to keep

For security reasons, all info must match what we have on file – otherwise we can’t merge. But you can always cancel the old account and stick with your main account.

Do I need to give my mobile number to become a member?

No – it’s optional. But if you do give it, we’ll only use it for good things.

Where do I find my Anniversary date?

You’ll see it right on your My Account homepage. It’s the day your Rest Rewards member journey began with us!

Why haven't I received any exclusive offers lately?

Your exclusive offer emails may have been lost along the way. Please check your junk mail as they may have landed here.
You can add our email to your contact list to prevent this from happening in the future.
We also advise that you log in to your online account and update your preferences to ensure you are subscribed to receiving emails from Sheridan.

My friend / family member received an exclusive offer for a particular product last week. Why have I not received this?

We know that everyone has different shopping habits and we try to tailor the best and most relevant offers for each of our members. As such, it is unlikely that you will have the same offer as your family and friends.
