In accordance with the Victorian Government’s decision to introduce Stage 4 restrictions, our Victorian stores in Melbourne metro and Victorian regional will be temporarily closed as of Wednesday 5th August for 6 weeks or until further notice.

As always, your safety is our first priority. We’ve been thrilled to welcome you back to our stores over recent weeks. However, as things continue to change, so must we. With the latest increase in COVID-19 cases in Victoria and subsequent Stage 3 lockdowns effective from this evening, we have decided to temporarily close our metropolitan Melbourne stores at the end of today. Our stores in regional areas will remain open.

Stores Re-open

25th of May 2020

As of Monday, 25th May 2020, all Sheridan Australia stores will re-open. While we’re excited to welcome our loyal customers back into our stores, the safety and wellbeing of our community and employees remains our top priority. We’ve set up a few extra precautions to keep you safe whilst shopping. Our retail teams will be:



  1. Limiting the customers allowed in store at any one time
  2. Staying home if feeling unwell
  3. Washing hands regularly and providing hand sanitiser for everyone in store
  4. Complying with the 1.5m social distancing rule
  5. Offering contactless pay
  6. Taking cleaning seriously and keeping our stores spotless

14th of April 2020

To our Sheridan Outlet customers,

We have experienced an increase in online order volumes. If you ordered after Sunday 5th April, there will be a delay in dispatching your Sheridan products from our distribution centre and further from Australia Post. As a result, please allow 10 – 14 business days for your items to to be dispatched. We’ll let you know as soon as your latest purchase is on its way to you.

The delays we are experiencing are a direct result of the COVID-19 crisis. With social distancing and increased hygiene measures in place in our warehouse and Australia Post offices; processing, handling and delivery are taking a little longer than usual. Our team are doing their absolute best to process orders as efficiently as they can without jeopardising their health and safety.

Please note, your order was successful, and you will receive an email notifying you that your items have been dispatched from our warehouse. Australia Post will then further communicate their delivery timings.

Please bear with us as we catch up and adapt to the changes made to our processes.

These are indeed challenging times as we all try to navigate COVID19 and its increasing impacts on our communities. This week has been a really tough one for many businesses like Sheridan. With the situation changing daily and often hourly we had to make the quick decision to close our stores, scale back our call centre hours and change our distribution centre operations to ensure our people stay safe.

We are genuinely sorry if our service levels have been reduced over this time and if this has impacted any of our very loyal followers and customers. Please bear with us as we navigate all of these changes and get back to delivering the best possible service to you that we can in this challenging environment.

We will ensure we adjust all of our communications by end of day to ensure there is a clear view of when you can expect your Sheridan purchases.

Some of our customers have asked us what to do if they need to return an item that they bought in store. Our transaction systems for online and stores are not the same which is making this very difficult. We are developing a solution for this as quickly as possible and we will absolutely get back to every one of our customers who are waiting on a response.

I’d like to update you on the most recent actions we’ve taken to manage the COVID-19 situation. The safety and wellbeing of our community and employees remains our top priority and as a result, we have adapted parts of our business to ensure we can continue to operate whilst keeping our community safe.

In these times of uncertainty, we want to reassure you of the measures we’ve taken to provide our loyal customers with the quality service and products you know and love.



Stores

Following the latest social distancing requirements and updated federal and state government advice to stay at home unless it is essential, we now have no choice but to temporarily close our stores at the end of today, 31 March 2020. Throughout these uncertain times, keeping our people safe, healthy and employed has always been our number one priority. We will continue to support our team members as best we can during this period.



Online

Our online store is always open and has our widest range of products, available to you 24/7.



Extended returns

We’ve extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days during this time. For more information on our returns policy, visit here.Please note 60 day extended returns is only available for purchases made between 14 March 2020 to 18 June 2020.



Update to Sheridan Recycling Program

In order to provide a safe and hygienic retail environment, we have made the decision to suspend the Sheridan Recycling Program until further notice. We’d like to applaud our entire community for your participation in the program so far. You’ve helped us to divert over 11,000 kg of textile waste from landfill. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far and we look forward to re-introducing this program to our stores in the future.
