PURCHASE to WIN COMPETITION - SHERIDAN OUTLET

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants
agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. The Promoter is Sheridan Australia Pty Ltd ABN 89 091 094 380 having its registered address at
Level 1, 115 Cotham Road, Kew, VIC, 3101, 1800 223 376, https://www.sheridan.com.au/contact

3. The competition commences at 12:00AM AEST on 09/12/2024 and ends at 11:59 AEST on
24/12/2024 (Competition Period).

4. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants). Officers,
employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, retailers, suppliers, associated entities
and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.

5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Competition Period:
a. be a member of the Sheridan Rewards program, or become a member at the time of making
the required purchase; and
b. make a donation of $2 or more in any Sheridan Boutique or Outlet Store or online at
www.sheridan.com.au or sheridanoutlet.com.au towards the Sleepsafe charity program.
Donation is not available at other stockists of Sheridan products.

6. Multiple entries are permitted subject to a separate qualifying purchase per entry.

7. A prize draw will be conducted in respect of all valid entries received during the CompetitionPeriod on 14/1/2025 at 59 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009. The first valid entry randomly
drawn will win the prize. The second valid entry randomly drawn will be the unclaimed prize
winner if required under clause 11.

8. The Prize is Sheridan product selected by the winner to the value of RRP $3,000 (Prize).

9. The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw in writing by email and/or phone using
the winner’s Sheridan Rewards membership details and provided with details of how to claim
and receive the Prize.

10. The name of the winner will be published on 17/1/2025 at https://www.sheridan.com.au.

11. If the Prize is not claimed within 2 weeks of notification, the winner’s entry will be deemed
invalid and the Promoter will distribute the unclaimed prize to the unclaimed prize winner
determined under clause 7. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified in writing using
their Sheridan Rewards membership details.

12. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the
sole responsibility of the winner.

13. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate
information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications
problems, including security breaches.

14. Personal information including an Eligible Entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email
will be collected and/or held as part of their Sheridan Rewards membership and used for that
program and for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to
third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third party service providers for the purpose of
conducting the Competition, delivery of the Prize and where nominated, for promotional and
marketing purposes (including for direct electronic marketing) (Purpose). By entering this
Competition, Eligible Entrant’s consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose.

15. Eligible Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information by contacting the
Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy policy is available at https://www.sheridan.com.au/.
The Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal
information or make a privacy related complaint.
