The Myth of Thread Count
There’s a common myth that a high thread count guarantees high quality, but thread count is simply a measure of sheet weight. The higher the thread count, the heavier the sheet. The quality is actually defined by the choice of cottons, the quality of spun yarn, the weave and the finishing. At Sheridan, the quality of every sheet is the same, regardless of thread count.
