- All birthday vouchers issued prior to 1 July 2021 expired on 31 July 2021.
- All birthday vouchers issued from 1 July 2021 are valid for the recipient’s birthday month. We now send these birthday vouchers at the beginning of the birthday month, rather than on the recipient’s birthday, to ensure everyone has the full month to redeem their voucher.

Our Welcome Vouchers are changing. You have been directed to this page as the Welcome Voucher you received is no longer valid. However, you can still redeem your welcome offer either instore or online by following the instructions below.
In Store
Show your offer email to our store staff at the time of purchase and the offer will be honored.
If you have a $10 off Welcome Voucher - these can be redeemed until 31 October 2021.
If you have a “Spend $150 save $25” Voucher, these can be redeemed until 4th March 2022.

You will need to provide your membership email address and may be asked to email your offer email to our support team.
