We have spent many years of testing to understand how a product performs in actual day to day use, which in turn helps us to develop care instructions that will achieve the best longevity out of our products. This is what Sheridan and our customers expect and deserve.
Care instructions vary based on the constructions of each fabric and product so we have compiled some basic guidelines when it comes to caring for your Sheridan purchase.
How to care for your beautiful Sheridan leather productAvoid placing your leather product in direct sunlight and do not expose to excess moisture. If using a sponge to clean, opt for a natural (non-coloured) sponge. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners, oils, polish, alcohol, varnish or any products containing waxes, silicone or ammonia. Never use baby wipes on the leather products. If in doubt, you may wish to take your leather product to a specialised leather cleaning service.
How to clean your Sheridan leather productMix a few drops of liquid soap with 2 cups of distilled water, mixing until suds form. Dip sponge or soft rag into soapy water and wring out thoroughly. Wipe leather surface and dry thoroughly with towel, buffing as you go to restore luster. Treat leather surface with leather protector/conditioner as per product instructions. For products with interior lining, wipe interior with a dry, soft cleaning cloth. By following our recommended care instructions you will prolong the life of your purchase and be able to enjoy it for many years to come.

*Returns are free of charge for Members where their order was over $150 and they were signed in when the order was placed. For all other orders $9.95 will be deducted off the refund amount.
Candles, aroma reeds and fragrance can only be returned to a Sheridan boutique store (not to online) and must be returned sealed in original packaging. Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team if you wish to return one of these items.
Note: For hygiene reasons, Bed Toppers, Quilts, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors are non-turnable unless faulty.
We will accept returns for all faulty goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
